Grated mozzarella cheese

Fake feta cheese. (In North America feta cheese can be made with cow's milk, but in the EU only soft brined cheese made from sheep's (possibly mixed with some goat's) milk from certain regions in Greece, can be called feta.)

I just wanna say , without giving anything away, that between you, you're all doing better well thus far. Impressive.

I think I should have refered to it as sheeps' and goats' milk rather than sheep's and goat's milk, although, given the EU's penchant for arcane regulations, the rules MAY only refer to one sheep and goat.
