4!

Because I could not stop for breath,
Rick kindly stopped for me.
The highway held but just ourselves
And some ETC

We slowly rode, too sore for haste
As I had put away
My labour, and my leisure too,
On hills that were too steep.

AH, getting harder. Robert Frost's The Road Not Taken? Can't figure out who this weary athlete might be. Emma?.

No wait, I know it now! I had to study this poem and it's changing meter and memorable form.. apparently not so memorable after 50 years. Looked it up and for sure it's Because I Could Not Stop for Death - Emily Dickinson.
Who though, me and my pink bike?
